Refund Policy

30 DAYS ON OPENED FACTORY-SEALED PRODUCT

We do offer a refund policy to our customers who are dissatisfied with a product. If, unsatisfied within 30 days from the date of the invoice, please return the unused portion and we shall credit your account less Processing Fee, S&H, and the cost for the used portion. 

UP TO 60 DAYS ON UNOPENED FACTORY-SEALED PRODUCT

We also offer a refund policy on unopened, factory-sealed product up to 60 days from the date of the invoice.  If, unsatisfied, please return the products and we shall credit your account less Processing Fee, S&H, in addition to a  35% restocking fee on all resalable products. 

REFUND REQUIREMENTS
  1. Customer must provide a written letter delivered to us by US mail requesting the refund in writing and stating the reason for the refund along with a copy of the invoice and the product within the limited time as mentioned above.

  2. Please allow 30 days for refund processing because of the time it takes to verify information and the time it takes to get the credit to show up on your charge statement.

FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

No refund will be given on products confiscated by customs. It is your responsibility to check with your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
