AIE facility is FDA registered/Kosher compliant with climate controlled packaging suites where food grade products are packaged or repackaged under strict quality control. We operate a cGMP compliant facility for FDA regulated food grade products. Our location is equipped with state of the art security systems. AIE has the flexibility and expertise to provide packaging services for projects of all sizes.
AIE provides standard Vitamin Packaging in Bottles all shapes, sizes and colors. The automated packaging lines ensure that your product is being bottled accurately and efficiently. We utilize multiple local suppliers of components to ensure quick deliveries and competitive pricing. AIE utilizes Quality Control to continually monitor the packaging operations to ensure your requirements are met every time.
Also, we provide Powder Filling for all types of powder products including sports blends (i.e. Protein, Creatine, Energy, Pre-Workout, Post-Workout, etc.) and condition specific blends (anti-aging, immune support, bone health, joint, focus, antioxidants, men’s/women’s health issues, health & beauty, etc.). The state of the art automated powder packaging lines ensure that your product is being bottled accurately and efficiently while our focus on Quality Control ensures cGMP requirements are met every time.
Blister Packaging is just one of the many packaging options offering by AIE. Blister Packs provide extra protection for tablets, capsules and softgels as they are individually sealed in their own compartment providing a pharmaceutical look and feel. AIE offers a wide variety of in-stock tooling to meet most of your configuration needs of the blister packs while keeping your costs down. Additionally, we can custom manufacture any configuration required to meet your customer’s blister packaging needs.
